I do on occasion allow republishing of my content.

Below are the requirements for different forms of republishing.

You must read and follow them if you seek permission to use my content in your video.

PLEASE NOTE THAT I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY ANY REQUEST TO REPUBLISH.

A. Using content as background music:

​

In the case that the video is not meant to showcase my work in it's entirety 

(for example: edits, montages, gameplay, etc.) the rules are as follows:

​

1. Before you repost ANYTHING you must ask me first for permission. (Asking after the fact doesn’t count)

 

2. You must credit me in the following ways:

- stating I’m the creator of the music in the description 

- posting a link to my channel in the description 

 - posting a link to the audio’s original video in the description 

 

3. (Optional) you can send me a link to the video you used my work in.

B. Using content for animation and film:

 

The rules vary from background music:

​

1. Before you repost ANYTHING you must ask me first for permission. (remember, AFTER the fact doesn’t count)

 

2. You must credit me in the following ways:

- stating I’m the creator of the music in the description AND/OR the video's credits 

- posting a link to my channel in the description 

- posting a link to the audio’s original video in the description 

 

3. (Optional) you can send me a link to the video you used my work in.

C. Full Re-Upload to showcase work:

 

This is if you intend to create a lyric video, music video, or even a mashup/remix of it. The rules are much stricter and depend on wether it is a mashup or remix:

1. Before you repost ANYTHING you must ask me first for permission. (remember, AFTER the fact doesn’t count)

 

2a. If a MASHUP is being re-uploaded, you must credit me in the following ways:

- stating I’m the creator of the music in the title of your video (i.e. "by Fury Hearted Productions" OR "by FHP")

- posting a link to my channel in the description 

- posting a link to the audio’s original video in the description 

 

2b. If a REMIX is being re-uploaded, you must credit me in the following ways:

- stating I’m the creator of the music in the title and/or the start or end of your video (must be in readable text at either point of the actual video)

- posting a link to my channel in the description 

- posting a link to the audio’s original video in the description

2c. If a COVER/ORIGINAL is being re-uploaded, you must credit me in the following ways:

- stating I’m the creator of the music in the title and/or the start or end of your video (must be in readable text at either point of the actual video)

- posting a link to my channel in the description 

- posting a link to the audio’s original video in the description

 

3. (Optional) you can send me a link to the video you used my work in.

D. Reactions or Reviews of content

 

This applies to any video made in order to critique, review, or react to our content.

Our requirements are as follows:

 

1. Before you upload said review/reaction, you must ask first for permission. (remember, AFTER the fact doesn’t count)

 

2. You must credit me in the following ways:

-Stating in your video that the content was made by “Fury Hearted Productions” or “FHP” either verbally in the video and/or within the description

- posting a link to the audio’s original video in the description 

 

3. (Optional) you can send me a link to the video you used my work in.
